How do I add a Test Administrator to CCVT?

Doctors often have someone else in the office administer the CCVT for them.  This feature allows other technicians/assistants to have logins for tracking, not how to add another doctor to the account.

Step 1: Launch the Application

  1. Double-click the Waggoner CCVT icon on your desktop.
  2. Wait for the application to fully load.


Step 2: Open Settings

  1. Click the Settings (⚙️) icon located in the top-right corner.
  2. Enter the password created during initial setup.
  3. You will be redirected to the Settings page.

Step 3: Enable Test Administrator Access

  1. Navigate to Test Settings.
  2. Click Yes under the Test Administrator option.
  3. A pop-up window will appear:
    “Test Administrator Login (Please login to continue using the application)”
  4. Your registered Name and Email will be displayed.
  5. Enter your password and click Login.
  6. A confirmation message will appear:
    “Test Administrator Login Successfully”

Step 4: Add a Test Administrator

  1. Click Show Test Administrator.
  2. The Test Administrator screen will open.
  3. Enter the following details:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email
    • Password
    • Confirm Password
  4. Click Save.
  5. A confirmation message will appear:
    “Test Administrator saved successfully”

Note

  • Multiple Test Administrators can be added on the same device.
  • This allows different users to conduct tests using individual credentials to assist the doctor registered to the license.

Step 6: Switch Test Administrator Before Starting a Test

  1. Navigate to the Waggoner CCVT home screen.
  2. In the top-right corner, click Switch User.
  3. Select the appropriate Test Administrator.
  4. Enter their username and password.
  5. Click Login.
  6. Proceed with Start Test.
