How do I cancel my subscription on an Apple device?

Customers using Apple devices and versions 3.2 and older must go into their Apple Settings to cancel their subscription.

Follow these steps to cancel your Waggoner CCVT subscription on an Apple iPad:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top of Settings)
  3. Select Subscriptions
  4. Locate and tap Waggoner CCVT
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm your selection

Please note the following:

  • If the “Cancel Subscription” option is not visible, the subscription may have already been canceled or has expired.
  • After cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • If the Waggoner CCVT app is version 4.2.2 or newer, you can also cancel by contacting Waggoner Customer Service.
