How do I cancel my Waggoner CCVT subscription?

Customers might need to cancel subscriptions for various reasons. Step-by step instructions are below on how to do so for Windows users and those using Apple version 4.2 or newer.

Method 1 (Preferred): Cancel via the Waggoner CCVT Windows Application

Step 1: Launch the Application

Open the Waggoner CCVT application on your Windows device.

Step 2: Access Settings

  • Click Settings on the right-hand side of the application interface.
  • Enter your security password when prompted.

Step 3: Navigate to Licensing

  • Go to the Account section.
  • Select Licensing.

Step 4: Cancel the Subscription

  • Click Cancel Subscription.
  • A 6-digit OTP will be sent to your registered email.
  • Check your Inbox or Spam folder.
  • Enter the OTP to confirm the cancellation.

Important Information

  • Auto-renewal will be disabled immediately upon successful cancellation.
  • Your testing capabilities will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • After the renewal date, testing functionality will be discontinued.
  • Access to your existing patient database will remain available.

    Method 2: Cancel via the Web Portal

    Step 1: Open a Web Browser

    Launch a modern web browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

    Step 2: Access the Waggoner Diagnostics Portal

    Navigate to: https://www.waggonerdiagnostics.com
    Click Login in the top-right corner of the page.

    Step 3: Sign In to Your Account

    • Enter your registered email address.
    • A 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered email.
    • Check your Inbox or Spam folder for the OTP.
    • Enter the OTP to complete the login process.
    • After successful authentication, you will be directed to your Dashboard.

    Step 4: Navigate to Active Licenses

    • From the left-hand menu, select My Account.
    • Click Active Licenses.

    Step 5: Cancel the Subscription

    • In the Action column, click Cancel Subscription.
    • A new 6-digit OTP will be sent to your registered email.
    • Retrieve the OTP from your Inbox or Spam folder.
    • Enter the OTP to confirm the cancellation.

    You can cancel your Waggoner CCVT subscription through either the web portal or the Windows application. Both methods require OTP verification to ensure account security. Once canceled, your subscription will not renew, and access to testing features will continue only until the end of the current billing period.
