How do I print results from the CCVT?
There are a couple of ways patient results can be printed and are slightly different if using Windows or Apple devices.
Procedure for Printing the Test result from the Waggoner CCVT application
1. Launch the Application
- Double-click the Waggoner CCVT desktop icon to open the application.
- Allow the application to fully load.
2. Log In
For Windows Users:
- If prompted, enter your registered email address and password.
- Wait until the application loads completely.
For Apple Devices (iPad/MacBook):
- Login is not required. The application will open directly to the main screen.
3. Access Test Administrator Screen
- Once the Test Administrator screen appears, click Continue.
4. Navigate to Results
- Click on the Result option.
- A password prompt will appear.
5. Enter Licensing Password
- Enter your Waggoner licensing portal password (used during registration).
- After entering the correct password, you will be redirected to the Test Results page.
6. Select Test Details
- Choose the patient name from the list.
- Verify the following details:
- Test date
- Type of test conducted
7. Print Test Result
- Click on Print.
- A preview of the test result will appear.
- A printer selection dialog box will open.
8. Select Printer and Confirm
For Windows Users:
- Choose the appropriate printer from the list.
- Click Print to complete the process.
For Apple Devices (iPad/MacBook):
- Ensure that:
- Your printer and Apple device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Then proceed with the print steps as usual by selecting the printer and clicking Print.
