How to Disable the Signature on Waggoner CCVT Result Reports?

In the Waggoner Diagnostics CCVT application, the Test Administrator’s name appears as an Authorized Signature on generated result reports. If required, this feature can be disabled so that the signature is not displayed on PDF exports or printed reports.

 Prerequisites

  • Access to the Waggoner Diagnostics CCVT application
  • Valid credentials to access the Settings menu (password required)

Procedure

  1. Launch the Waggoner Diagnostics CCVT application.
  2. Select the Settings (gear icon) located in the upper-right corner of the interface.
  3. When prompted, enter the required password to proceed.
  4. Navigate to Test Settings.
  5. Locate the option labeled Show Signature on Result.
  6. Set the option to No to disable signature display on reports.
  7. Select Save to apply the changes.

Verification

  1. Conduct a test within the application.
  2. Open or generate the resulting PDF report or print output.
  3. Confirm that the Test Administrator’s name no longer appears under the Authorized Signature field.

Result

Once the setting is disabled and saved, the Test Administrator’s name will no longer be displayed in the Authorized Signature section of result reports, including both PDF exports and printed copies.
