How do I enter or edit the payment method for my Waggoner CCVT subscription?
There may be need to update a credit card or change the one on file used for your CCVT subscription. Review the steps below to learn how to do so.
Payment methods can only be updated while in the Waggoner Portal. There are 2 ways that you can access.
Method One - From the Waggoner CCVT app
1. While in the Waggoner CCVT application Home Screen, navigate to the Settings (gear icon) at the top right. You must be logged in as the Main Admin, Test Administrators will not have access to the Portal.
2. Enter the Admin password.
3. Click on the Licensing Tab, and then click the blue "Licensing Portal" button at the bottom
Method Two - from the internet (on any device)
1. Navigate to the Waggoner Diagnostics website (https://waggonerdiagnostics.com)
2. Click on the Person icon at the top right and then Log In
3. Enter the Main Admin credentials
Entering a new payment method
- There might be a red button that says "Add a Card" at the top if no payment method has been set up.
- You may also click on "Add a New Card" towards the bottom right of the screen.
Editing an existing payment method
- Click on My Account and then Add Payment Method
- The Payment screen will open. You will be able to click on the card on file to edit, delete, or make a different one the default method.

Notes:
- All licenses in the account will be paid with the payment method set as the default card
- Only the Main Admin user can access and edit the payment methods
- Waggoner Customer Service cannot enter payment methods for customers, only guide them through the process.
- Apple users that pay through the Apple App Store must make any edits in the App Store, Waggoner cannot access a customer's Apple ID account.
